We strongly believe in
protecting our customers, we do not sell or share customer
information.
All online transactions
are processed thru encrypted SSL secure severs. All information
provided during your purchase is used only by TG-BodyAccents in the
process of your order.
*Shipping Policy*
All orders are processed and shipped Monday
- Friday.
We ship all products with USPS - United
States Postal Service.
We use 3 methods for shipping.
1.) First Class - Based
on purchase amount
2.) Priority Mail - 2-3
day delivery
3.) Express Mail - for
in stock items, please check for availability.
Delivery confirmation -
verifies, date, time and zip code delivered to.
This is provided for all
orders.
International Orders and Military APO &
FPO's,
please e-mail us for quote's on
postage before ordering.
Insurance is also available on request for
an additional fee.
*Payment Options*
We use Pay-pal for all online
transactions, thru a (SSL) Secure Sever.
Pay-Pal allows you to make secure
payments on eBay and merchant websites using your credit card, debit
card, or bank account.
For new
buyers, Pay-Pal account NOT required.
We also accept money
orders and personal checks, which need at least 10 business days to
clear. There is a $25.00 return check fee for all returned checks.
No order will be processed till form of payment has cleared. Please
keep these time frames in mind, especially on customs orders.
Contact our Customer Service department for estimated processing
time. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5
days, please add shipping time to this to arrive at your estimated
delivery date.

Quality
Products & Customer Satisfaction is PRIORITY # 1
All Custom orders
are Non-Refundable.
We will be glad to help
you with resizing or repair on custom orders.
We will make every effort before shipping on
custom orders to make sure you will be happy with your order. So
please provide a VALID e-mail address for
communication.
Clearance
and special items are Non-Refundable.
All items are inspected for quality, before
packaging. We will be glad to make exchanges or take returns only if
product is it's original packaging and is unused. All shipping is
paid for by customer and non-refundable. All returns or
exchanges must be made within 30 days of invoice date. If you
are exchanging for a different item, you will be billed and charged
if there is a difference before shipping new order, otherwise a
refund will be issued for difference minus shipping. Shipping
charges are non-refunadable. The Original packing slip must be
returned with order.
All defective items on
our behalf will be repaired or replaced at our expense.
ONLY on products we
produce in our studio.
Please contact
Customer Service department for a
return /exchange
authorization number.
For returns, please make sure they are
properly packaged and we recommend items to be insured and use USPS
Delivery confirmation. We will not be responsible for items lost in
shipping.
